How we use your information.

We use information you provide to assess your enquiry, respond to you and, where appropriate, progress a potential energy project with selected specialist partners. We do not sell personal information as a data product.
Who we are
MizanPower is an energy-project origination and commercial advisory brand focused on solar PV, battery storage and related commercial energy opportunities. Privacy enquiries can be sent to eymen@mizanpower.com. Where a formal service or project agreement is entered into, the relevant contracting legal entity will be identified in that agreement.
Information we may collect
- name, work email, telephone number and organisation;
- site address or postcode;
- business/site type, roof or land information and project objectives;
- electricity bills, annual consumption, half-hourly consumption and tariff information that you choose to provide;
- messages, meeting notes and information needed to assess or progress a project;
- screening inputs and outputs generated through our website calculator.
Why we use information
- to respond to enquiries and prepare initial commercial assessments;
- to evaluate whether solar, battery storage, CAPEX, PPA, finance or another structure may be worth exploring;
- to coordinate feasibility, quotations and project discussions;
- to introduce relevant opportunities to selected engineering, installation, funding, PPA or other delivery partners where appropriate;
- to manage our project pipeline, records and commercial relationships;
- to maintain the security and operation of our website and enquiry forms.
Lawful basis
For business enquiries and project development, we generally rely on legitimate interests in responding to requests, assessing commercial opportunities and operating MizanPower, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where another lawful basis is more appropriate, we will use it. Separate consent will be used where required for optional direct marketing.
Who we may share information with
Where reasonably necessary to assess or progress your request, relevant project information may be shared with selected:
- solar EPC contractors and installers;
- battery-storage providers and integrators;
- engineering, structural, planning or grid-connection specialists;
- PPA, funding or finance providers where you ask us to explore those routes;
- professional advisers and technology/service providers used to operate MizanPower.
Submitting an enquiry does not mean your contact details are automatically distributed to every provider in our network. We first review the opportunity and aim to share only information reasonably needed for the relevant project stage.
Retention
We normally retain enquiry and early-stage project information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Active project, contractual, payment, dispute, tax or legal records may need to be kept for longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may provide rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Contact eymen@mizanpower.com to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies should only be deployed once the relevant cookie and consent controls are in place. This notice will be updated if those technologies are introduced.

We may update this notice as MizanPower's services, partners or technology change. The current version will be published here.
