Why it matters
At this scale, the roof is no longer just unused space. It becomes part of the site's energy infrastructure.
For a manufacturer with strong daytime demand, solar can replace part of the electricity that would otherwise be bought from the grid. That does not remove grid dependence, but it can reduce exposure to purchased-power prices.
Where storage fits
A battery is a second decision. We would only add it where half-hourly demand, export limits, tariffs or flexibility value justify the extra asset.
